AN ACT
Amending Title 25 (Elections) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in records, providing for electronic database.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 25 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
Section 1407. Electronic database.
The department shall maintain an electronic database on the
department's publicly accessible Internet website with searching
capabilities that provides the following information:
(1) Demographic information about qualified electors who
have been previously incarcerated.
(2) The number of qualified electors who have been
previously incarcerated who vote in each election.
(3) The percentage of qualified electors who have been
previously incarcerated who vote regularly.
(4) The voting frequency prior to incarceration of

(5) Length of incarceration as it relates to voting
habits of qualified electors who have been previously
incarcerated.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
