AN ACT
Amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in COVID-19 disaster emergency,
providing for minor league baseball stadiums.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 57 of Title 35 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subchapter to read:
SUBCHAPTER F
MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL STADIUMS

5751. Social distancing and capacity.
ยง 5751. Social distancing and capacity.
(a) General rule.--Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the social distancing requirement within a minor league
baseball stadium shall be three feet during the COVID-19
disaster emergency.
(b) Exceptions.--The following shall apply:

(1) Individuals purchasing tickets together and
attending as a group shall not be subject to the social
distancing requirement under subsection (a) with members of
their group.
(2) A minor league baseball team may, at the team's sole
discretion, impose a social distancing requirement higher
than the requirement under subsection (a) as the team deems
necessary.
(c) Maximum capacity.--Neither the Commonwealth nor any
municipality may restrict the maximum capacity of a minor league
baseball stadium to a number lower than 50% during the COVID-19
disaster emergency.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
