AN ACT
Providing for temporary postponement of sheriff's sales in
cities of the first class.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited at the Temporary
Postponement of Sheriff's Sale Act.
Section 2. Postponement.
No city of the first class in this Commonwealth may conduct a
sheriff's sale until August 2, 2021.
Section 3. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
