AN ACT
Amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in preliminary provisions relating to
divorce, providing for financial filings.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 23 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
§ 3107. Financial filings.
(a) Duty.--Within 45 days of the commencement of an action
for divorce or annulment under this part, each party shall
provide the following to the court:
(1) Two years of financial records.
(2) A detailed list of living expenses.
(b) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following
words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this
subsection unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Financial records." Tax, income and investment records.
Section 2. The addition of 23 Pa.C.S. § 3107 shall apply to

divorce proceedings initiated on or after the effective date of
this section.
Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
