AN ACT
Amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in employees, providing for
prohibition on military style uniforms.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 21 of Title 53 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subchapter to read:

EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS

2191. Prohibition on military-style uniforms.
ยง 2191. Prohibition on military-style uniforms.
No law enforcement agency in a city, county or other
municipality may utilize military-style fatigues or uniforms for
active duty police officers.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
