AN ACT
Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in sports wagering, further providing for sports
wagering authorization fee.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 13C61(f) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended and the section is amended by
adding a subsection to read:
ยง 13C61. Sports wagering authorization fee.

(f) Deposit of fees.--Notwithstanding section 1208 (relating
to collection of fees and fines)[,] and except as provided under
subsection (g), all sports wagering authorization fees,
manufacturer license fees, manufacturer renewal fees and all
fees for licenses issued under Chapter 16 (relating to junkets)
and all money collected by the board for violations of this
subchapter shall be deposited into the General Fund.
(g) Emergency property tax relief.--

(1) Beginning on the effective date of this subsection
and ending June 30, 2021, for the purpose of mitigating the
financial impact of COVID-19 on property owners in this
Commonwealth, all sports wagering authorization fees,
manufacturer license fees, manufacturer renewal fees and all
fees for licenses issued under Chapter 16 and all money
collected by the board for violations of this subchapter
shall be deposited into the Property Tax Relief Fund.
(2) As used in this subsection, the term "COVID-19"
means the novel coronavirus as identified in the Governor's
proclamation of disaster emergency issued on March 6, 2020.
Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
