A RESOLUTION
Designating the month of June 2020 as "Pennsylvania Loves the
Class of 2020 Month."
WHEREAS, Pennsylvania students normally celebrate late
spring; and
WHEREAS, For graduating seniors, the opportunity to attend
their graduation ceremony and celebrate their hard work and many
accomplishments with family and friends is one of life's most
priceless moments; and
WHEREAS, Many students of the Class of 2020 will not have the
opportunity to formally celebrate; and
WHEREAS, The Class of 2020 has sacrificed and lost so much
that just cannot be replaced; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives designate the
month of June 2020 as "Pennsylvania Loves the Class of 2020
Month"; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the residents of this Commonwealth honor all

graduates, including those who attend our public and private
high schools, colleges and technical schools who were unable to
participate in their graduation ceremony.
