A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Adopting limitations on State appropriations from certain funds
and accounts in the State Treasury for the 2019-2020 fiscal
year.
WHEREAS, The General Assembly intends to adopt limitations on
State appropriations from several funds and accounts in the
State Treasury for the 2019-2020 fiscal year; therefore be it
RESOLVED (the Senate concurring), That the General Assembly
determine that there shall not be more than the amounts
enumerated in this concurrent resolution in annual State
appropriations from the several funds and accounts in the State
Treasury identified in this concurrent resolution for the 2018-
2019 fiscal year; and be it further
RESOLVED, That limitations on the amount of State
appropriations are adopted for the 2019-2020 fiscal year on the
following funds, accounts, agencies and departments:
(1) For the Governor:
(i) $6,548,000 from the General Fund.
(ii) (Reserved).
