AN ACT
Amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), entitled "An
act relating to the public school system, including certain
provisions applicable as well to private and parochial
schools; amending, revising, consolidating and changing the
laws relating thereto," in charter schools, further providing
for applicability of other provisions of this act and of
other acts and regulations relating to cyber charter schools.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1749-A of the act of March 10, 1949
(P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, is
amended by adding a subsection to read:
Section 1749-A. Applicability of other provisions of this act
and of other acts and regulations.

(d) Subject to audit by Auditor General.--Cyber charter
schools, including cyber charter management companies and other
entities that operate cyber charter schools, whether for-profit
or not-for-profit, shall be subject to audit by the Auditor

General under section 403 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343,
No.176), known as The Fiscal Code.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
