AN ACT
Amending Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations)
of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general
provisions, further providing for postponement of fee
payments due to COVID-19 disaster emergency.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 153 of Title 15 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 153. Fee schedule.

(a.1) Postponement of fee payments due to COVID-19 disaster
emergency.--As a result of the proclamation of disaster
emergency issued by the Governor on March 6, 2020, published at
50 Pa.B. 1644 (March 21, 2020), the department shall postpone
the due date for payments for the certificate of annual
registration for limited liability companies, limited liability
partnerships, limited liability limited partnerships and

restricted professional limited liability companies due during
2020 until December 31, 2020.
Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
