AN ACT
Amending Title 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in administration relating to
retirement of State employees and officers, further providing
for administrative duties of the board.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 5902 of Title 71 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
§ 5902. Administrative duties of the board.

(r) Additional report on investment performance.--In
addition to any other report required to be made by the board
under this part, the board shall prepare a separate report of
the investment performance of the State Employees' Retirement
System for the period of July 1 through June 30 of each year.
Section 2. The addition of 71 Pa.C.S. § 5902(r) shall apply
beginning with the first period of July 1 through June 30 that
commences after the effective date of this section.
