AN ACT
Making appropriations from the General Fund to the Department of
Conservation and Natural Resources for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2019, and for the payment of bills incurred
and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2020.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
PART I
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
Section 101. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the Appropriation
Act of 2019 – Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
PART III
GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS
FOR 2019-2020
Section 301. Appropriations from General Fund.
The following amounts, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, are hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the
Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the
purposes specified in this part for the fiscal year beginning

July 1, 2019, and for the payment of bills incurred and
remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30,

operations of the Department of
Conservation and Natural

The following Federal amounts
are appropriated to supplement
the sum appropriated for general
government operations:
(1) "Topographic and Geologic
Survey Grants."
Federal appropriation..... 400,000
(2) "United States Endowment
- Healthy Watershed."
Federal appropriation..... 200,000
(3) (Reserved).
(4) "Land and Water
Conservation Fund." In addition
to these funds, any contingency
funds made available to the
Commonwealth under the Federal
Land and Water Conservation Fund
Act are hereby appropriated.

(5) (Reserved).
(6) "Highlands Conservation
