AN ACT
Making appropriations from the General Fund to the Department of
Labor and Industry for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
2019, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
PART I
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
Section 101. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the Appropriation
Act of 2019 – Department of Labor and Industry.
PART III
GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS
FOR 2019-2020
Section 301. Appropriations from General Fund.
The following amounts, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, are hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the
Department of Labor and Industry for the purposes specified in
this part for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, and for
