AN ACT
Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in game or wildlife protection, providing for the
unlawful taking of white deer.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
ยง 2168. Unlawful taking of white deer.
Except as otherwise provided under this title, it shall be
unlawful for a person to kill or attempt or conspire to kill or
take or attempt, assist, aid or abet in the taking of a white
deer that is albino or fully leucistic. This section shall not
be construed to include a partially leucistic deer, known as
piebald, or a deer that possesses any amount of brown hair on
the deer's head or body.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
