AN ACT
Amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in municipal authorities, further
providing for money of authority.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 5612(c) of Title 53 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
ยง 5612. Money of authority.

(c) [Attorney General] Auditor General.--The [Attorney
General] Auditor General of the Commonwealth shall have the
right to examine and audit the books, accounts [and], records
and performance of any authority. All costs incurred by the
Auditor General in the performance of the examination and audit
shall be paid by the authority.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
