AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in licensing of drivers, further providing for
occupational limited license.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1553 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 1553. Occupational limited license.

(g.1) Expiration of occupational limited license.--An
occupational limited license shall expire 21 days after
restoration of a driver's operating privilege.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
