AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in fees, further providing for exemptions from
other fees.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1902 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
ยง 1902. Exemptions from other fees.
No fee shall be charged under this title for or to any of the
following:

(11) A duplicate registration card ordered at the time
of an online transaction where the applicant prints the
registration credential. This paragraph does not apply to
duplicate registration cards processed by the department or a
vendor AN AGENT SERVICE of the department in an over-the-
counter transaction or by mail.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 90 days.
