AN ACT
Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in special licenses and permits, further providing
for authority to issue permits; and abrogating a regulation.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 2901(e) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
§ 2901. Authority to issue permits.

(e) Falconry permits.--Notwithstanding the provisions of
subsection (a), falconry permits may be issued only to persons
who are residents of this Commonwealth and 12 years of age or
older. The commission shall offer any required examination for a
falconry permit all year.
Section 2. The regulation of the Pennsylvania Game
Commission of the Commonwealth in 58 Pa. Code § 147.102(b)(3) is
abrogated in so far as it is inconsistent with this act.
Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
