AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in rules of the road in general, further providing
for vehicles required to stop at railroad crossings.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 3342(b)(2) of Title 75 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
ยง 3342. Vehicles required to stop at railroad crossings.

(b) Vehicles subject to stopping requirement.--Subsection
(a) shall apply to the following vehicles:

(2) A school bus or school vehicle, whether or not
carrying passengers.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
