AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in registration of vehicles, repealing provisions
relating to legislative plate.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1339 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is repealed:
[ยง 1339. Legislative plate.
Upon application by a member or retired member of the General
Assembly of the Commonwealth or the Congress of the United
States, the department may issue special registration plates
indicating that the vehicle is owned by a member or retired
member of the Pennsylvania or United States Senate or House of
Representatives, as appropriate.]
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
