AN ACT
Amending the act of May 21, 2013 (P.L.32, No.10), entitled "An
act establishing the Community-Based Health Care Program in
the Department of Health; and providing for hospital health
clinics and for limitations," in health care assistance,
further providing for Community-Based Health Care Program.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 111(b.1) of the act of May 21, 2013
(P.L.32, No.10), known as the Community-Based Health Care Act,
is amended to read:

[(b.1) Limitation.--No more than 25% of the grants awarded
under subsection (b) may go to federally qualified health
centers as defined in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social
Security Act (49 Stat. 620, 42 U.S.C. ยง 1396d(l)(2)(B)) or
federally qualified health center look-alikes.]

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
