Containing 227 acres, 103.7 perches, more or less. Less 4.61
previously sold John T. Wilson and wife, Elberta Edna Wilson, on
the southwest corner of above described parcel of land.
THE SECOND THEREOF:
All the GRANTOR'S undivided interest in and to the undivided
1/2 of all the coal, minerals, and mineral ores in, under, and
upon the above described tract of land as described and set
forth in Deed dated July 1, 1915, from Harry Cornell and Bertha
Cornell, his wife, to A. Decker since deceased, said Deed being
recorded in Luzerne County Deed Book Volume 474, page 533.
THE THIRD THEREOF:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of a public road leading
from Five Forks to Ceasetown on line of land recently conveyed
by H. Cornell to S.E. Atherton;
THENCE along said line North 5 1/2 degrees East, 18 feet,
more or less, to line of lands of A. Decker;
THENCE along said line North 70 degrees East, 71 perches to a
corner of the public road aforesaid and;
THENCE along said road the several courses and distances
thereof to the place of BEGINNING.
The purpose of this deed is to unequivocally assert that this
acquisition was to provide land for recreation, conservation,
and historical purposes in accordance with Project 70 law.
