AN ACT
Amending the act of December 22, 1983 (P.L.306, No.84), entitled
"An act providing for the State Board of Vehicle
Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons; and providing
penalties," further providing for license to engage in
business.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 5(f) and (g) of the act of December 22,
1983 (P.L.306, No.84), known as the Board of Vehicles Act, are
amended by adding paragraphs to read:
Section 5. License to engage in business.

(f) Wholesale vehicle auction activities.--
* * *
(6) A wholesale vehicle auction may conduct up to five
wholesale vehicle auction events per calendar year at sites
that are not its established place of business.
(g) Public or retail vehicle auction activities.--

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
