AN ACT
Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in assault, further providing for the
offenses of harassment, stalking and threat to use weapons of
mass destruction.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Sections 2709(e), 2709.1(e) and 2715(c.2) of
Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended
to read:
§ 2709. Harassment.

(e) Application of section.--This section shall not apply to
[conduct by a party to a labor dispute as defined in the act of
June 2, 1937 (P.L.1198, No.308), known as the Labor Anti-

Injunction Act, or to any] constitutionally protected activity.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
