1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, further providing for control of public travel on
3private property by owner.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 6113 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

8§ 6113. Control of public travel on private property by owner.

10(c) Parking lot.--The owner of real property that is used by
11the public for parking motor vehicles while patronizing a
12business, social or religious establishment may request the
13local authority to enforce the registration and financial
14responsibility requirements contained in this title on the
15property.

16Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
