AN ACT
1Amending the act of December 4, 1996 (P.L.911, No.147), entitled
2"An act providing for registration requirements for
3telemarketers and for powers and duties of the Office of
4Attorney General," further providing for unwanted telephone
5solicitation calls prohibited.
6The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7hereby enacts as follows:
8Section 1. Section 5.2(k) of the act of December 4, 1996
9(P.L.911, No.147), known as the Telemarketer Registration Act,
10is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
11Section 5.2. Unwanted telephone solicitation calls prohibited.

13(k) Investigation, enforcement and reporting.--

15(4) On or before the last day of each month, the
16Attorney General shall submit a report to the Department of
17Aging detailing investigations and enforcement actions taken
1under this section that involve a consumer who is 60 years of
2age or older.
3Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
