1Providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 2014-2015.

2The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3hereby enacts as follows:

4Section 1. Short title.

5This act shall be known and may be cited as the Capital
6Budget Act of 2014-2015.

7Section 2. Overall limitations on debt to be incurred for
8capital projects.

9The maximum principal amount of additional debt to be
10incurred during the 2014-2015 fiscal year, and thereafter until
11the enactment of the 2015-2016 capital budget specifying the
12maximum debt for the 2015-2016 fiscal year, for capital projects
13specifically itemized in a capital budget pursuant to section
147(a)(4) of Article VIII of the Constitution of Pennsylvania, and
15the fund to be charged with the repayment of such debt, shall,
16with respect to each category of capital projects, be as
17follows:

18Section 3. Effective date.

19This act shall take effect July 1, 2014, or immediately,
20whichever is later.
