AN ACT
1Making appropriations from the restricted revenue accounts
2within the State Gaming Fund and from the State Gaming Fund
3to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Department of
4Revenue, the Pennsylvania State Police and the Attorney
5General for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, to June
630, 2015, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
7unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.
8The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9hereby enacts as follows:
10PART I
11PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
12Section 101. Short title.--This act shall be known and may
13be cited as the Gaming Control Appropriation Act of 2014.

15STATE GAMING CONTROL
16RESTRICTED REVENUE ACCOUNTS
17FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015
18Section 301. State Gaming Fund.--The following amounts set
19forth in this part, or as much thereof as may be necessary, are
20hereby appropriated from the State Gaming Fund restricted
21revenue accounts under 4 Pa.C.S. § 1401 (relating to slot
1machine licensee deposits) to the agencies of the Executive
2Department named in this part for the purposes set forth for the
3fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, and for the payment of bills
4incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year
5ending June 30, 2014.

7PART V
8MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
9Section 501. Transfers prohibited.--There is no authority
10for the State Treasurer, the Secretary of the Budget, the
11Secretary of Revenue or the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to
12transfer any money within or between the appropriations in Part
13III.
14Section 502. Effective date.--This act shall take effect
15July 1, 2014, or immediately, whichever is later.
