AN ACT
1Designating the Monarch butterfly as the official butterfly of
2the Commonwealth.
3The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4hereby enacts as follows:
5Section 1. Official State butterfly.
6The Monarch butterfly is hereby selected, designated and
7adopted as the official butterfly of the Commonwealth of
8Pennsylvania.
9Section 2. Effective date.
10This act shall take effect in 60 days.
