AN ACT
1Designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 56,
2partially in Seward Borough, Westmoreland County, and
3partially in East Wheatfield Township, Indiana County, over
4the Conemaugh River as the Pfc. James E. Ludwig Memorial
5Bridge.
6The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7hereby enacts as follows:
8Section 1. Pfc. James E. Ludwig Memorial Bridge.
9(a) Designation.--The bridge located on State Route 56,
10partially in Seward Borough, Westmoreland County, and partially
11in East Wheatfield Township, Indiana County, over the Conemaugh
12River, is hereby designated the Pfc. James E. Ludwig Memorial
13Bridge.
14(b) Signs.–-The Department of Transportation shall erect and
15maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
16traffic in both directions on the bridge.
17Section 2. Effective date.
1This act shall take effect in 60 days.
