AN ACT

 

1Making appropriations from the restricted revenue accounts
2within the State Gaming Fund and from the State Gaming Fund
3to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Department of
4Revenue, the Pennsylvania State Police and the Attorney
5General for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, to June
630, 2014, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
7unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.

8The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9hereby enacts as follows:

10PART I

11PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

12Section 101. Short title.--This act shall be known and may
13be cited as the Gaming Control Appropriation Act of 2013.

14PART III

15STATE GAMING CONTROL

16RESTRICTED REVENUE ACCOUNTS

17Section 301. State Gaming Fund.--The following amounts set
18forth in this part, or as much thereof as may be necessary, are
19hereby appropriated from the State Gaming Fund restricted
20revenue accounts under 4 Pa.C.S. § 1401 (relating to slot
21machine licensee deposits) to the agencies of the Executive

1Department named in this part for the purposes set forth for the
2fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, and for the payment of bills
3incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year
4ending June 30, 2013.

5Section 302. Attorney General.--The following
6amounts are appropriated to the Attorney General:

7For salaries, wages and all necessary expenses
8of the Attorney General related to 4 Pa.C.S. Pt. 
9II (relating to gaming).

 

10State appropriation.............

11Section 303. Department of Revenue.--The
12following amounts are appropriated to the
13Department of Revenue:

14For the salaries, wages and all necessary
15expenses of the Department of Revenue related to 4 
16Pa.C.S. Pt. II (relating to gaming).

9,513,000

18Section 304. Pennsylvania State Police.--The
19following amounts are appropriated to the
20Pennsylvania State Police:

21For the salaries, wages and all necessary
22expenses of the Pennsylvania State Police related
23to 4 Pa.C.S. Pt. II (relating to gaming).

25Section 305. Pennsylvania Gaming Control
26Board.--The following amounts are appropriated to
27the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board:

28For the salaries, wages and all necessary
29expenses for the proper operation and
30administration of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control

 

1Board. This appropriation includes $5,755,000 from
2the restricted revenue account established in the
3State Gaming Fund for fees and other revenues
4collected by the board.

6PART V

7MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8Section 501. Transfers prohibited.--There is no authority
9for the State Treasurer, the Secretary of the Budget, the
10Secretary of Revenue or the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to
11transfer any money within or between the appropriations in Part
12III.

13Section 502. Effective date.--This act shall take effect
14July 1, 2013, or immediately, whichever is later.
