1Making an appropriation from the Public School Employees'
2Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of the Public School
3Employees' Retirement Board for the fiscal year July 1, 2013,
4to June 30, 2014, and for the payment of bills incurred and
5remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June
630, 2013.

7The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8hereby enacts as follows:

9Section 1. The sum of <-$41,365,000 $41,689,000, or as much
10thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the
11Public School Employees' Retirement Fund to the Public School
12Employees' Retirement Board for the payment of all salaries,
13wages and other compensation and travel expenses of the
14employees and members of the Public School Employees' Retirement
15Board, for contractual services and other expenses necessary for
16the proper conduct of the duties, functions and activities of
17the board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, and for
18the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close
19of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.

20Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013, or

1immediately, whichever is later.
