AN ACT

 

1Making appropriations from the Professional Licensure
2Augmentation Account and from restricted revenue accounts
3within the General Fund to the Department of State for use by
4the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs in
5support of the professional licensure boards assigned
6thereto.

7The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8hereby enacts as follows:

9Section 1. The sum of $38,858,000, or as much thereof as may
10be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Professional
11Licensure Augmentation Account within the General Fund to the
12Department of State for the operation of the Bureau of
13Professional and Occupational Affairs, including the State Board
14of Auctioneer Examiners, for the fiscal year July 1, 2013, to
15June 30, 2014.

16Section 2. (a) The sum of $7,330,000, or as much thereof as
17may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the restricted
18receipts account of the State Board of Medicine for the
19operation of the board for the fiscal year July 1, 2013, to June
2030, 2014.

1(b) The sum of $1,065,000, or as much thereof as may be
2necessary, is hereby appropriated from the restricted receipts
3account of the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine for the
4operation of the board for the fiscal year July 1, 2013, to June
530, 2014.

6(c) The sum of $209,000, or as much thereof as may be
7necessary, is hereby appropriated from the restricted receipts
8account of the State Board of Podiatry for the operation of said
9board for the fiscal year July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2014.

10(d) The sum of $509,000, or as much thereof as may be
11necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Athletic Commission
12Augmentation Account for the State Athletic Commission, as
13authorized by 5 Pa.C.S. § 1512 (relating to Athletic Commission
14Augmentation Account), for the support and operation of the
15commission for the fiscal year July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2014.

16(e) Each appropriation listed in subsections (a), (b), (c)
17and (d) shall not be treated as an augmentation to the
18Department of State, general government appropriation, or any
19other appropriation, but shall be treated and accounted for as
20separate appropriations respectively.

21Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013, or
22immediately, whichever is later.
