1Designating a bridge that carries State Route 153 over the
2Bennett Branch in Huston Township, Clearfield County, as the
3Huston Township Veterans Memorial Bridge.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Huston Township Veterans Memorial Bridge.

7(a) Findings.--

8(1) Huston Township, Clearfield County, has been home to
9many valiant military veterans who have given their lives in
10defense of the United States.

11(2) The elected Board of Supervisors of Huston Township 
12has endorsed designating this bridge in honor of those
13township residents who have made the ultimate sacrifice for
14our nation over the years.

15(b) Designation.--The bridge that carries State Route 153
16over the Bennett Branch in Huston Township, Clearfield County,

1is hereby designated as the Huston Township Veterans Memorial
2Bridge.

3(c) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
4maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
5traffic in both directions on the bridge.

6Section 2. Effective date.

7This act shall take effect in 60 days.
