1Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in judicial computer
3system, further providing for deposits into account.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 3733(a) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:

8§ 3733. Deposits into account.

9(a) General rule.--

11(3) Beginning July 1, 2013, any fines, fees or costs
12which are allocated by law or otherwise directed to the
13Department of Agriculture under the act of December 7, 1982
14(P.L.784, No.225), known as the Dog Law, shall not be
15affected by this subchapter.

17Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013, or

1immediately, whichever is sooner.
