| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania |
2 | Consolidated Statutes, further providing for assessment of |
3 | mobile homes and house trailers. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 8821(d) of Title 53 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes, amended October 27, 2010 (P.L.895, |
8 | No.93), is amended to read: |
9 | § 8821. Assessment of mobile homes and house trailers. |

11 | (d) Removal permits.--The local tax collector shall issue |
12 | removal permits upon application and payment of a fee of [$2] |
13 | $10 and of all taxes levied and assessed on the mobile home or |
14 | house trailer to be moved. |

16 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
