| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation from the State Employees' Retirement |
2 | Fund to provide for expenses of the State Employees' |
3 | Retirement Board for the fiscal year July 1, 2011, to June |
4 | 30, 2012, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining |
5 | unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. |
6 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
7 | hereby enacts as follows: |
8 | Section 1. The sum of $27,320,000, or as much thereof as may |
9 | be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the State Employees' |
10 | Retirement Fund to the State Employees' Retirement Board for the |
11 | payment of all salaries, wages and other compensation and travel |
12 | expenses of the employees and members of the State Employees' |
13 | Retirement Board, for contractual services and other expenses |
14 | necessary for the proper conduct of the duties, functions and |
15 | activities of the board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, |
16 | 2011, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid |
17 | at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. |
18 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011, or |
19 | immediately, whichever is later. |
