| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, further providing for exclusions. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. Section 2965(a) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania |
6 | Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read: |
7 | § 2965. Exclusions. |
8 | (a) General rule.--The provisions of sections 2930 (relating |
9 | to propagating permits), 2962(a) (relating to exotic wildlife |
10 | dealer permits), 2963(a) (relating to exotic wildlife possession |
11 | permits) and 2964(a) (relating to menagerie permits) shall not |
12 | apply to any: |

15 | Exhibitor permit holder. |

17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
