| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 61 (Prisons and Parole) of the Pennsylvania |
2 | Consolidated Statutes, providing for inmate postage policies. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. Title 61 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
6 | Statutes is amended by adding a section to read: |
7 | § 5906. Inmate postage policies. |
8 | No correctional institution may provide any inmate with |
9 | postage free of charge or at a reduced cost. |
10 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
