| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Designating a bridge on that portion of S.R. 4002, Clarence |
2 | Road, in Snow Shoe Township, Centre County, as the Clarence |
3 | Bridge of Freedom for All Veterans. |
4 | The General Assembly finds that: |
5 | (1) Snow Shoe Township, Centre County, has had many veterans |
6 | who have served and died for our country. |
7 | (2) Many of them have passed through the bridge on that |
8 | portion of S.R. 4002, Clarence Road, in the township. |
9 | (3) All of these veterans have given some service and some |
10 | of them have given all in service to their country. |
11 | (4) The bridge should be named for all of these veterans who |
12 | have served their country well. |
13 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
14 | hereby enacts as follows: |
15 | Section 1. Clarence Bridge of Freedom for All Veterans. |
16 | (a) Designation.--The bridge located on S.R. 4002, Clarence |

1 | Road, in Snow Shoe Township, Centre County, is hereby designated |
2 | the Clarence Bridge of Freedom for All Veterans. |
3 | (b) Signs.–-The Department of Transportation shall erect and |
4 | maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to |
5 | traffic in both directions on the bridge. |
6 | Section 2. Effective date. |
7 | This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
