| AN ACT |

1 | Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, further providing for authorized license-issuing |
3 | agents. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 2722(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: |
8 | § 2722. Authorized license-issuing agents. |

10 | (b) Agents for issuing antlerless deer licenses.--Antlerless |
11 | deer licenses shall be issued by the [county treasurer or, in |
12 | home rule or optional plan counties, the person whose duties |
13 | encompass those of a county treasurer within the county in which |
14 | the licenses are valid.] commission or by an authorized license- |
15 | issuing agent designated specifically for this purpose by the |
16 | director. |
