| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated |
2 | Statutes, further providing for automated teller machines. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. Section 1520 of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania |
6 | Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: |
7 | § 1520. Automated teller machines. |
8 | The board shall promulgate rules and regulations governing |
9 | the placement of automated teller machines (ATMs). Automated |
10 | teller machines authorized by the board for use on the gaming |
11 | floor or in a licensed facility may not accept any electronic |
12 | benefits card or debit card issued by a Federal or state |
13 | governmental agency for purposes of conveying unemployment |
14 | compensation benefits. |
15 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
