SENATE BILL

REFERRED TO APPROPRIATIONS, SEPTEMBER 23, 2009  

AN ACT

Making an appropriation to the Williamson Free School of

Mechanical Trades in Delaware County for operation and

maintenance expenses.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The sum of $16,000 is hereby appropriated to the

Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades in Delaware County

for the fiscal year July 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010, for

operation and maintenance of the school.

Section 2.  Payments to the Williamson Free School of

Mechanical Trades on account of the appropriation in section 1

shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly

payments.

Section 3.  The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades

shall provide full, complete and accurate information as may be

required by the Department of Education or the chairman or the

minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate

or the chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations

Committee of the House of Representatives.

Section 4.  This act shall take effect immediately.
