AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, exempting certain fuels from certain
3 sale and labeling requirements.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 7302 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 7302. Sale and labeling of solidified alcohol.

10 (c) Nothing in this section shall prohibit the commercial
11 manufacturing of gel chafing fuels or transportation of such for
12 out-of-State distribution.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
