AN ACT
1 Designating the Newtown 413 Bypass as the Officer Gregg Memorial
2 Bypass.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Officer Gregg Memorial Bypass.
6 (a) Designation.--The section of State Route 413 in Newtown
7 Township, Bucks County, from the intersection with State Route
8 532 to the intersection with Interstate 95, known locally as the
9 Newtown 413 Bypass, is designated and shall be known as the
10 Officer Gregg Memorial Bypass.
11 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
12 maintain appropriate signs which shall display the name of the
13 bypass designated in subsection (a) at each end.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
