AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, JUNE 18, 2007
AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 3, 2002 (P.L.1144, No.141),
2 entitled "An act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of
3 the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
4 purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor
5 or malt or brewed beverages and for inducement of minors to
6 buy liquor or malt or brewed beverages," repealing EXTENDING <--
7 THE expiration provision.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Section 2 of the act of December 3, 2002
11 (P.L.1144, No.141), entitled "An act amending Title 18 (Crimes
12 and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further
13 providing for purchase, consumption, possession or
14 transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages and for
15 inducement of minors to buy liquor or malt or brewed beverages,"
16 is repealed AMENDED TO READ: <--
17 [Section 2. The provisions of 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 6308(e) and <--
18 6310(c) shall expire December 31, [2007] 2017, unless sooner <--
19 reauthorized by the General Assembly.] <--
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
