        SENATOR MADIGAN, TRANSPORTATION, AS AMENDED, APRIL 17, 2007

                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating State Route 132 in Bucks County as the Armed Forces
     2     and Veterans Memorial Highway.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Armed Forces and Veterans Memorial Highway, Bucks
     6                 County.
     7     (a)  Designation.--State Route 132 from its beginning point
     8  at State Road, Bensalem Township, Bucks County, to its terminal
     9  point at Lower State ROAD, Warrington Township, Bucks County, is  <--
    10  hereby designated the Armed Forces and Veterans Memorial
    11  Highway.
    12     (b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    13  maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway at
    14  each end of the highway and along the highway at an appropriate
    15  location within each municipality through which the highway
    16  passes.
    17  Section 5.  Effective date.


     1     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
