AN ACT
1 Amending Title 62 (Procurement) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for motor vehicle contract
3 provisions.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3734 of Title 62 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 3734. Contract provisions.

10 (a.1) Motor vehicles to be procured in Pennsylvania.--All
11 government agencies shall procure only motor vehicles which are
12 purchased, leased or rented in Pennsylvania. Contract documents
13 for the procurement of motor vehicles shall contain a provision
14 that the motor vehicles procured by the government agency shall
15 be purchased in Pennsylvania.

17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
