AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for reports and removal of
3 abandoned vehicles within the boundaries of a city of the
4 first class or second class.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 7304.1 heading of Title 75 of the
8 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended and the section is
9 amended by adding a subsection to read:
10 § 7304.1. Reports and removal of abandoned vehicles within the
11 boundaries of a city of the first class or second
12 class.

14 (c) Applicability.--This section shall apply only to
15 vehicles reported abandoned within the boundaries of a city of
16 the first class or a city of the second class.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
