     1  Amending House Rule 19.

     2     RESOLVED, That House Rule 19 be amended to read:
     3                              RULE 19
     4                    Bills Referred to Committees
     5     No bill shall be considered unless referred to a committee,
     6  printed for the use of the members and returned therefrom. Each
     7  bill must be voted in committee within 30 legislative days of
     8  first consideration.
